Procedural Assistance Assist Registered Nurses and Physicians with diagnostic tests, therapeutic procedures, and minor bedside surgeries.
Patient and Family Education Reinforce teaching plans regarding post-discharge care, medication side effects, and chronic disease management.
Specimen Collection Obtain blood, urine, or sputum samples for laboratory testing according to facility protocols.

Clinical Competence Strong foundational knowledge of nursing principles and the ability to work within the LPN scope of practice.
Observation Skills Sharp attention to detail to detect subtle changes in a patient's clinical presentation.
Effective Communication Ability to provide concise shift handoffs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Professional License Active and unencumbered state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
Life Safety Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Schedule Flexibility Ability to work 8 or 12-hour shifts including rotating weekends and holidays as required.
